Strategic Technology & Generative AI Advocate | Building Secure Systems & Enabling Innovation
I’m a software engineer and technology leader with 20+ years of experience designing and maintaining secure, scalable enterprise applications across telecom, education, government, retail, and healthcare. My focus is on creating systems that last — solutions that stay resilient, compliant, and cost-effective well beyond their first release.
At AT&T, I’ve contributed to projects including PCI DSS compliance upgrades, Azure cloud migration, secure application architecture, and enterprise-scale app store development. Alongside development, I’ve also mentored teams and modernized DevOps practices, helping improve both security and efficiency.
Outside of my professional role, I’ve served in leadership positions with OASIS (AT&T’s Asian Indian ERG & 501c3 nonprofit). Highlights include:
- Most recently I led a 15-session Generative AI education series, introducing AI tools to employees across technical and non-technical roles.
- Supporting a team effort that won AT&T’s “Best Overall Excellence in Action Award” (2020).
- Helping mobilize $260K+ in COVID relief (2021) with AT&T’s matching program.
- Contributing to outreach programs reaching 2,000+ underserved students in entrepreneurship and coding.
- Sharing learning resources such as 40+ book summaries for community development.
